It's been a while since the last contest hasn't it? Well here's a nice fresh one to occupy yourselves with. See, the word's got out that my Tyra and *Thowra's stallion Dark Storm have crossed paths and while so different they both may be, such opposites of each other, he has impregnated her and she's now in foal. So... what happens when you cross something so dark with something so light? That's where you come in. I'm asking you guys to design the foal and bring it to life with your artwork. This is your chance to be as wild with your imaginations as you like. And to make it as easy as possible for you I'm going to add stats for both the sire and dam, and they are as follows (thanks to *Thowra for helping me with Dark Storm's):

Stengths: He's got the strength of a hundred strong men and he only feeds on their blood
Weakness: Hates the daylight and happy things. Really ticks him off.
Height: 16 hands (I know 15.2 hands tops for a friesian but he's no average horse is he?)
Build: Huge horse for his own breed, because he's a demon. Very heavily muscled with long mane and tail, plus long feathering on the legs.
Background: Dark Storm's background revolves in hatred and pain. He was abandoned by his mother , just shortly after he was born. Not believed to survive the higher gods let it be so he would never feel hunger or the thirst for water. On top of that he would grow strong and feel hatred toward his own kind and humans, after seeing the cruelty of man against his own kind. Later when he grows up into a colt he finds that other animals fears him for some reason and he gets to feel loneliness. That's when the darker gods grant him the powers of a demon and he will soon not need the presence of anyone or anything close to him. He thirsts for blood of humans and ravage their villages without leaving a single human alive.
Personality: Pure evil and double hatred toward the human kind, plus his own breed.

Strengths: Warmth, Sunlight, Spring, etc
Weakness: Darkness, Death, Winter, etc
Power: Human speech & intelligence (she has some Narnian blood way back in her family tree) and let's not forget her ability to detect a cookie 100 miles away!
Height: 15 h.h
Build: Typical arabian build, though with the expection of two large golden feathered wings protruding from each wither. Small pretty head with fine muzzle, concave profile, large eyes and small ears. Graceful, curving neck with fine silky mane, high-set tail and some feathering on the legs (see pic)

Personality: Almost painfully stubborn, but a cheerful soul. She is far more graceful in the air than on her hooves, for she becomes clumsy and bumbling on solid ground, but in the sky she can only be described as magnificent. Fun and witty, she oozes charm and is energetic, animated and lively. A lover of freedom and the beauty of nature, she is usually always positive with a warm and overlarge heart. However she can also be greedy, emotional and maybe a little irritating at times with her almost constant chattering and playful teasing.

Now, how you wish to submit your entry is totally up to you, whether you draw your foal as a newborn or an adult, in ref sheet style, a family group picture... that's for you to decide. You can be as simple or complex with your designs as you like and as usual with my contests, extra points will be given for people who write out a few stats and a little story for their character. Creativity is the key here. The more original and fascinating the character is the more attention it'll get from me, and you can enter as many times as you like. Also keep in mind that this will be your character to keep forever whether you win the contest or not, but only the winner will be Tyra and Dark Storm's true foal. This is what you could win!

However you will be instantly disqualified if:

You use someone else's lineart for your entry. The artwork must be 100% your own.
You steal another character's design or someone else's artwork. Please be original.

Edit: Does anyone know a good natural migraine remedy? I've been having them a lot lately and of course pain killers are out of the question, so I'm just wondering if anyone here knows any tricks?
